FRONT VIEW OF THE THREE ART DOLL WHIMSIES

Hilga Von Spring, Pasley Gerdie and Singing Autumn are part of my Art Doll Whimsies Collection. They are Primitive, Whimsical, Mixed-Media, Papier Mache Art Dolls. They are all made out of papier mache, wire, and fabric. Their little faces are hand sculpted with air dry clay and papier mache. Their little faces are hand-painted and aged. Their clothes are hand sewn, aged with walnut stain and/or coffee. The outfits are then embellished with ribbons, beads, buttons, yarn, wooden signs, paper, and found objects. They all stand approximately 15/16 inches tall and stand on a ceramic tile.
