Temperature set water insoluable binder

Although the referenced PDF is a good read for many reasons, the section titled "Strengthening paper with micro-cellulose and cross-linking polymers" is of special interest to us.   Check out this 'Bull and Branch' news letter:

Very cool.  Have you written to him to request the handout, or more info on the substances.  I love the idea of heat setting the polymer coating that makes it more water resistant.
