Material?

As some of you may already know I am planning on covering my paper mache horse with suede(I thought about using the spray on, but we had already purchased the fabric) So now I need different material for the muzzle. It should be thin fuzz, brown or black(or like a pale pink depending on the facial markings) It should also be a little wrinkley too. Any help is appreciated!

Re: Material?

I can't think of an actual type of fabric that would work there.

All I can visualize is painting your adhesive over the area, and then while it's wet, applying some kind of fine, loose slightly fuzzy stuff to the wet adhesive. If you had some very fine sawdust (like from sanding), that might work. Know any carpenters? Maybe dryer lint? I would do a test on something else first.
