i'm new with a question

i have inspiration for a paper mache project i want to do. i have a bowl i would like to use as a mold, but i dont know what to use as a release agent. i've heard vaseline and patroleum jelly are great to use, but i dont have either. i've read in a few places online that silicone spray or plastic wrap can be used. which one would work better, if any? and if silicone spray can be used, what about lescithin (pam) spray? thanks for the help!

PAM should work fine.  Just don't overdo it.  Spray it, wipe it a bit with a paper towel and go to work.

Since PM tends to shrink, you may want to use the inside of the bowl rather than the outside.
