Keeping a helmet stuck to your head!

hi, iv made a helmet which i need to  stay onto my head - im not sure how i can do this

- like, whether i should use elastic band, from jaw to jaw?
a string?

help needed!! thnx!!

Here we go again!
You started the topic by asking if you should use a hammer!   Tammy will split her stitches again if I suggest some nails!?
It depends how top heavy it is.
Probably the best way is to secure two strips of fabric, one on each side, (glue or staple).  If you staple, you may prefer to align the fabric upwards, staple and then fold it down.  In this way you would have some fabric covering any metal bits.
Stick some Velcro to the ends of the fabric and this will make a good, secure join to hold it under your chin.
