Just thought I'd share this animated GIF of the construction process for the newsprint and cardboard mouth veneer I made for my Kuchisake Onna customized doll.  I covered the doll's head with plastic wrap first, both to protect her and to make the mouth easy to remove afterwards (white glue adheres very poorly to that material).
