Hair

Using a 4 ½ by 15 inch strip of washi paper, fold to 2 ½ by 15 inches. Tear about ½ inch wide strips.

Use as hair, with or without crinkling.

Glue down one strip at a time on the head. Don’t put glue on the whole strip to avoid flattening hair.
