Gargoyle Two

Details

Circa 40 cm high this little greature was in our garden all during summer. I tried to waterproof it with "Thompson's Ultra Waterseal" ( usually used for basement walls). It did the job somewhat - the gargoyle got a bit soggy on its nose but is otherwise fine - and will go out into the garden this year again.
I also fill my bigger pieces with some sand to give them a weight and stability.
