These bowls were made with a balloon paper mached on the bottom half and decorated with clear plastic pegs, acrylic paint and clear coat. On some of these bowls, I left the clear plastic pegs unpainted and it gave the finished bowls a attractive lighted effect when placed under a table lamp.
