I start with shoulder supports, find basic circumference , and width between, cut out cardboard , hot glue LDPE foam,create crossmember pieces from foam wraped in cardboard,
TIP: Spread hot glue on a piece of cardboard ,then spred on the foam, hot glue glue on foam will melt foam.
