Scylla Earls

Bull Mask

By Scylla Earls | 4 comments 4 comments

This piece was a commission, made to be worn at a County fair. The previous view was undecorated; this view is complete except for the finish on the lower jaw. The eyeballs are made of painted window screen, so the wearer can see through the eyeholes.

Thank you, Joke, Brigitte and Loretta. This is the first full-head, wearable mask I've made, and I learned a lot in the process. Matching human vision requirements to "wearable mask" eyeholes is a challenge.

Regards, Scylla
