Introduction

Thank you for looking.
I use paper pulp made from shredded newspapers or old bills. Some of my work is made using recycled glass bottles or old enamel ware etc.
I am always experimenting with finishes.
I have made things using wire armatures but now I like to work in relief - just in pulp. I like to work with the natural texture of the dry pulp which I sand down and polish. These sculptures are heavy and solid and finished with wax furniture polish. They take a very long time to complete.

I find inspiration in nature, here at papiermache.co.uk and in my large collection of papier mache books.
