I'm trying to learn the process for making a mold for items such as antique style jack 'o lantern buckets.  I understand the process of creating around a solid form and then cutting away the shape and piecing it back together but I would like a a process that is faster and can be used repeatedly.  I'm thinking I need a mold for the walls of the bucket and I would need to use liquid pulp.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
