pulp and strip

I was wondering, can you use both forms on a piece.  That is can I use strips of paper and then pulp on top?  Does anyone know?

sure. why not?
I do that all the time.

I use also paper strips on pulp to make surface smoother.

smile Of Course!

There are no restrictions.  So many combinations are possible.  Just make sure that the pulp has enough medium in it so that it will stick together.  You can even cover the pulp with strips in order to attach it for eyelids, lips, etc.

Have Fun.
