Hi Heidi! There are different ways to pulp. This is the easiest. Shred a fair amount of paper (newsprint, junk mail, your choice). Place in a glass container, pan or other vessel that withstands boiling water. Pour boiling water over the shredded paper. Let it set until cool. If you have a blender, blend it bit by bit. Poor mixture through a strainer. Push out as much excess water as possible. Place your strained, dry paper in a bowl and add just enough wallpaper paste to make it damp and slightly sticky. Voila! You have mache. There are other ways, as well. Am certain you'll receive another recipe that works as well.
